How much does a jewellery repair cost?
It depends on the piece and the work it needs, so Roman prices every job individually after looking at it, and before any work starts. You will never be surprised by the bill.
How long will my repair take?
Many small repairs, such as resizing a plain band or fixing a chain, can be done while you wait or the same day. More involved work is given a timeframe when you bring it in.
Can you repair jewellery I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Most of the repairs Roman does are on pieces bought elsewhere, including from chain stores and online.
My ring was resized badly by another jeweller. Can it be fixed?
Usually, yes. Bring it in and Roman will tell you honestly whether it can be put right and what it will involve.
Can you restore white gold that has gone dull or yellow?
Yes. White gold is re-polished and rhodium plated in store, which brings back the bright white finish.
