What to bring
Just the piece. If you have a previous valuation, receipt or certificate, bring that too, but it is not essential. For made-to-order work, photos of styles you like are a good start.
If the piece is fragile or a stone is loose, wrap it in tissue and keep it in a small box or bag so nothing is lost on the way.
